Novel self-cleaning aluminum veneer and preparation process thereof
The invention discloses a novel self-cleaning aluminum veneer and a preparation process thereof. An aluminum veneer body is embedded in the upper surface of an aluminum veneer body fixing plate, and the open end of the aluminum veneer body is vertically arranged downwards; stabilizing devices are arranged on the side faces of the periphery of the aluminum veneer body, one end of each stabilizing device is in threaded connection with the aluminum veneer body, and the other end of each stabilizing device is in threaded connection with the aluminum veneer body fixing plate for fixation; a heat insulation mineral wool fixing plate is arranged below the aluminum veneer body, and heat insulation mineral wool is arranged on the lower surface of the heat insulation mineral wool fixing plate; and aplurality of first springs are arranged on the upper surface of the heat insulation mineral wool fixing plate, the lower ends of the first springs are connected with the heat insulation mineral woolfixing plate, and the upper ends of the first springs are connected with first spring fixing plates and connected with the aluminum veneer body through the first spring fixing plates. According to thenovel self-cleaning aluminum veneer and the preparation process thereof, a photocatalyst coating is arranged on a primer layer, so that the aluminum veneer body does not adsorb dust due to static electricity, the dust is easily washed away under the washing of rainwater, and a good self-cleaning function is achieved.
本发明公开了一种新型的自洁铝单板及其制备工艺,在铝单板本体固定板上表面嵌入设有铝单板本体,且铝单板本体的开口端竖直朝下设置;在铝单板本体四周侧面设有稳固装置,稳固装置的一端与铝单板本体螺接,且其另一端与铝单板本体固定板螺接固定;在铝单板本体下方设有隔热矿岩棉固定板,且在隔热矿岩棉固定板下表面设有隔热矿岩棉;在隔热矿岩棉固定板上表面设有数个第一弹簧,第一弹簧的下端与隔热矿岩棉固定板连接,且其上端与第一弹簧固定板连接,并通过第一弹簧固定板与铝单板本体连接。本发明在底漆层上设有光触媒涂层,使得铝单板本体不会因静电吸附灰尘,并在雨水的冲刷下,容易将灰尘冲掉,具有良好的自洁功能。
