The invention discloses a suspended hanging basket crane for high-altitude outer wall operation based on a nuclear reactor. The suspended hanging basket crane comprises a movable frame mechanism, a suspension driving mechanism and a hanging basket, wherein the movable frame mechanism comprises two main beams; a counterweight device is arranged at the left ends of the two main beams; the left endsof the two main beams are connected and fixed through a first connecting beam; the right ends of the two main beams are connected and fixed through a second connecting beam and a third connecting beam; a platform is mounted between the second connecting beam and the third connecting beam; crane wheels are mounted at the lower ends of the two sides of the two main beams; two tracks are arranged ona dome of the reactor; the crane wheels are arranged on the tracks; the suspension driving mechanism is mounted at the right ends of the two main beams; a rope at the lower end of the suspension driving mechanism is connected with the hanging basket; and the hanging basket can move left and right on the main beams under the driving of the suspension driving mechanism. According to the suspended hanging basket crane disclosed by the invention, the movable frame mechanism is matched with the suspension driving mechanism, so that a person can reach any position of an outer wall to operate by taking the hanging basket, and meanwhile, the outer wall of the nuclear reactor cannot be damaged.
