The invention discloses a construction device for building concrete crack control and a construction method. The construction device comprises a bottom plate, an outer frame is installed at the top ofthe bottom plate, a side hole is formed in the surface of one side of the bottom of the outer frame, an inner groove is formed in the position, located in the outer frame, of the top of the side hole, and a protection plate is placed at the inner side of the inner groove; and gaps exist between the two sides of the protection plate and the inner wall of the inner groove, limiting holes are formedin the four corners of the two sides of the protection plate, limiting rods with the cross sections of T-shaped structures penetrate through one sides of the inner walls of the side holes, and the ends of the limiting rods are embedded into the limiting holes in one side of the protection plate. Through the designed protection plate, a heat dissipation device can be protected and sealed in the idle and transportation processes, external dust adhesion is avoided, normal operation of later use is guaranteed, meanwhile, the protection plate can be hidden, and normal use cannot be affected.
本发明公开了一种建筑混凝土裂缝控制用施工装置以及施工方法,包括底板,所述底板的顶部安装有外框,所述外框的底部一侧表面开设有侧孔,所述侧孔的顶部且处于所述外框的内部位置开设有内槽,所述内槽的内侧放置有防护板,所述防护板的两侧与内槽的内壁之间存在间距,所述防护板的两侧四角处均开设有限位孔,所述侧孔的内壁一侧贯穿有横截面呈“T”型结构的限位杆,所述限位杆的端部嵌入至防护板一侧的限位孔内;通过设计的防护板,可以将散热装置在闲置以及运输的过程中,进行防护密闭,避免外部的灰尘粘附,保证后期使用的正常进行,同时防护板可以隐藏放置,不会对正常使用造成影响。
