The underground garage comprises a cylindrical underground space structure, the interior of the cylindrical underground space structure is provided with a parking layer, and the parking layer is provided with parking spaces and first reference structures associated with the parking spaces; and thevehicle parking and taking platform comprises a jacking device, trackless conveying mechanisms and a control device; the jacking device is provided with a jacking mechanism, at least one layer of vehicle carrying platform capable of rotating in the circumferential direction, multiple vehicle carrying places located on the vehicle carrying platform, and second reference structures associated withthe vehicle carrying places; the trackless conveying mechanisms are movably arranged on the vehicle carrying platform and are provided with conveying mechanism bodies, jacking devices, walking mechanisms, power mechanisms and remote control devices; and the control device is used for controlling lifting of a lifting mechanism and rotating of the vehicle carrying platform.
