Bypass exhaust waste heat utilization and coarse material recycling system and method
The invention relates to the field of energy recycling, aims to solve the problem that in an existing cement production system, the problem about blocking is easily caused by cyclic enrichment of chloride ions, and provides a bypass exhaust waste heat utilization and coarse material recovery system and a method. The inlet of an air feeder communicates with the atmosphere; the outlet of the air feeder communicates with an air heater of a rotary kiln; the outlet of the air heater communicates with a quench cooler and is used for cooling bypass exhaust gas; the outlet of a flue gas chamber between the rotary kiln and a decomposing furnace communicates with the quench cooler; the outlet of the quench cooler communicates with a coarse powder separator through a pipeline; a coarse particle outlet of the coarse powder separator communicates with the decomposing furnace through a pipeline; a flue gas outlet communicates with a BP boiler; the outlet of the BP boiler communicates with a bypass exhaust dust remover; and the bypass exhaust dust remover communicates with the atmosphere through a chimney. The system and the method provided by the invention can solve the problem that a cement system is blocked due to cyclic enrichment of chloride ions, and can realize recycling of some of the materials.
本发明涉及能量回收利用领域,旨在解决现有水泥生产系统中存在容易因氯离子循环富集而导致堵塞的问题,提供旁路放风余热利用及粗粒物料回收系统及方法。送风机的入口连通大气、送风机的出口连通回转窑的空气加热器,空气加热器的出口连通至急冷器,用于冷却旁路放风气体;回转窑和分解炉之间的烟室的出口连通至急冷器,急冷器的出口通过管道连通至粗粉分离器;粗粉分离器的粗颗粒出口通过管道连通回分解炉、烟气出口连通至BP锅炉;BP锅炉的出口连通至旁路放风除尘器、旁路放风除尘器通过烟囱连通于大气。本发明的有益效果是能够解决水泥系统因氯离子循环富集而堵塞的问题且能够回收利用部分物料。
