Kiln head waste gas bypass exhaust exhaust waste heat utilization and coarse material recycling system and method
The invention relates to the field of energy recycling, aims to solve the problem that in an existing cement production system, the problem about blocking is easily caused due to cyclic enrichment ofchloride ions, and provides a kiln head waste gas bypass exhaust waste heat utilization and coarse material recycling system and a method. A middle gas suction opening and a tail gas suction opening are formed in the middle and the tail of a grate cooler respectively; the middle gas suction opening communicates with an AQC boiler; the AQC boiler communicates with a dust remover; the tail gas suction opening is connected to the dust remover; the dust remover communicates with an induced draft fan; one path of the outlet of the induced draft fan communicates with a chimney, and the other path ofthe outlet of the induced draft fan communicates with a quench cooler; the outlet of a flue gas chamber communicates with the quench cooler; the outlet of the quench cooler communicates with a coarsepowder separator through a pipeline; a coarse particle outlet of the coarse powder separator communicates with a decomposition furnace; a flue gas outlet communicates with a BP boiler; the outlet ofthe BP boiler communicates with a bypass exhaust dust remover; and the bypass exhaust dust remover communicates with the atmosphere. The system and the method provided by the invention can solve the problem that a cement system is blocked due to cyclic enrichment of chloride ions, and can realize recycling of some of the materials.
本发明涉及能量回收利用领域,旨在解决现有水泥生产系统中存在容易因氯离子循环富集而导致堵塞的问题,提供窑头废气旁路放风余热利用及粗粒物料回收系统及方法。篦冷机的中部和尾部分别设置中部抽气口和尾部抽气口,中部抽气口连通AQC锅炉,AQC锅炉连通除尘器;尾部抽气口连接于除尘器;除尘器连通引风机,引风机的出口一路连通烟囱、另一路连通至急冷器;烟室的出口连通至急冷器,急冷器的出口通过管道连通至粗粉分离器;粗粉分离器的粗颗粒出口连通回分解炉、烟气出口连通至BP锅炉;BP锅炉的出口连通至旁路放风除尘器、旁路放风除尘器连通于大气。本发明的有益效果是能够解决水泥系统因氯离子循环富集而堵塞的问题且能够回收利用部分物料。
