The invention discloses geopolymer high-strength mortar for repairing a concrete structure and a preparation method thereof. The geopolymer high-strength mortar is prepared from a component A and a component B. The component A is prepared from industrial solid waste as a main raw material and is obtained by mixing mineral powder, metakaolin, fly ash, graded sand, steel fibers or high-elastic-modulus organic fibers, and the component B is a composite alkaline activator; the component B is prepared by mixing sodium silicate, sodium hydroxide and water, and the product is obtained by uniformly mixing and stirring the component A and the component B in parts by weight. Compared with the prior art, the structure repairing material provided by the invention has the advantages of high bonding strength, good volume stability, convenient material taking, simple preparation process, non-toxic raw materials, low material cost, good durability and the like. The production and preparation process is simple, construction is convenient, and cost performance is excellent. A considerable proportion of industrial solid wastes are used, so that the preparation cost is reduced, and the environment isprotected.
