Repairing method of concrete structure using high-strength polymer mortar and fireproof mortar
The present invention relates to a high strength polymer mortar, and to a fireproof repair method of a concrete structure using fireproof mortar. More particularly, the present invention relates to a repair method to repair a thermally deteriorated region in a concrete structure by using a fireproof mortar composition which can be simply put on the surface or the cross-sectional area of the concrete structure by spray-coating. The polymer mortar has high strength and excellent fire resistance, and thus is suitable to be used for the repair method under inadequate environment. Also, the polymer mortar has excellent durability with little amount of rebounding, and has excellent physical properties such as compression strength, flexural strength, and the like. Thus, the fireproof repair method of a concrete structure using the polymer mortar can prevent problems regarding thermal spalling in case of fire after repairing the concrete structure.
본 발명은 고강도 폴리머 모르타르 및 내화성 모르타르를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물의 내화 보수 시공 공법에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 뿜칠 시공에 의해 콘크리트 구조물의 표면 또는 단면에 간단히 시공될 수 있는 내화성 모르타르 조성물을 이용하여 콘크리트 구조물의 열화 부위를 보수하는 시공 공법으로서, 고강도 성능을 가지면서 내화성이 우수하여 열악한 환경에서의 보수 시공에 적합하고 내구성도 우수하며 리바운드량도 적고 압축강도 및 휨강도 등의 물성도 우수하여 보수 후 화재 발생시에 폭열로 인한 문제 발생을 방지할 수 있는 콘크리트 구조물의 내화 보수 시공 공법을 제공하고자 한다.
