The invention discloses a bridge height limiting device. The bridge height limiting device structurally comprises foundation piles, a height limiting rod and an early warning structure, wherein the bottoms of the two ends of the height limiting rod are connected with the foundation piles respectively, and the early warning structure is arranged in front of the height limiting rod. The early warning structure comprises a horizontal track, a sliding block, a pushing structure, a fixed block, sliding sleeves and a moving rod, wherein the moving rod is arranged in front of the height limiting rod,the two sides of the moving rod are sleeved with the sliding sleeves respectively, the sliding sleeves are connected with the pushing structure, the pushing structure is connected between the heightlimiting rod and the fixed block, the horizontal track is arranged below the pushing structure and connected between the height limiting rod and the fixed block, and the sliding block is arranged in the horizontal track and connected with the bottom of the moving rod. The bridge height limiting device has the advantages that by arranging the movable moving rod in front of the height limiting rod,a driver of an over-high vehicle, who does not notice the height limiting rod, can be reminded, so that accidents are reduced; and buffering can be conducted through a buffering structure when the moving rod is restored, so that equipment damage caused by impact is avoided.
