The invention relates to offshore floating garbage collection equipment. Net assemblies are taken as units, standby net bags are stored in a magazine rail, the net assemblies are conveyed to a discharging port one by one through a bullet pressing mechanism and intercepted by an elastic intercepting strip to be stopped, then a driving mechanism relays to enable the first net assembly to enter a netopening rail, and after the elastic intercepting strip recovers from deformation, the subsequent net assemblies are intercepted again. By means of branched diverging design of one side of a net outlet of the net opening rail, the net assemblies drive guide pendants to be away from each other along with diverging of sliding grooves in the advancing process in the net opening rail, and therefore net openings are opened. Under the action of ocean current, floating pieces move towards the following-tidal side, the guide pendants stay at the net outlet under the action of elastic intercepting claws, and each net bag is completely unfolded under the stress of the two ends. Floating garbage moving along with tide automatically falls into each mesh bag from the corresponding mesh opening. When each net bag intercepts the floating garbage by a certain amount, the power of each net bag following tide water is larger than the power of the elastic intercepting claws, and the guide pendants squeeze the elastic intercepting claws away, each net bag leaves the net opening rail and falls into a net collecting rail to be collected.
