Barb anchor and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a barb anchor. The barb anchor comprises an anchor seat, a barb body, an expansion bolt and a fastening unit, the anchor seat, the barb body and the expansion bolt are sequentially arranged on the fastening unit in a sleeving mode, and the opposite surfaces of the anchor seat and the fastening unit abut against each other; the barb body is provided with a plurality of expansion bodies distributed in the circumferential direction of the anchor seat, the expansion bodies are connected to the anchor seat in a deflectable mode, the end face away from the anchor seat is a first inclined surface, and the height of the first inclined surface away from the fastening unit in the direction perpendicular to the anchor seat is larger than that of the first inclined surface close to the fastening unit; and the expansion bolt is arranged on the barb body, the end face, close to the barb body, of the expansion bolt is a second inclined surface, the second inclined surface isparallel to the first inclined surface, and the height, away from the fastening unit, of the second inclined surface in the direction perpendicular to the anchor seat is larger than that of the secondinclined surface close to the fastening unit. Large pulling resistance can be generated, the second inclined surface and the first inclined surface are arranged in parallel, so that the deflection process of the expansion bodies relative to the anchor seat is relatively stable, the barb anchor is prevented from deflecting, and the product yield of the whole structure is improved.
本发明涉及一种倒刺锚,包括锚座、刺体、胀压栓及紧固单元,锚座、刺体、胀压栓依次套设于紧固单元,其中:锚座与紧固单元相对的表面相抵接;刺体具有多个沿锚座的周向分布的膨胀体,膨胀体可偏转地连接于锚座,且远离锚座的端面为第一斜面,在垂直于锚座的方向第一斜面远离紧固单元的高度大于靠近紧固单元的高度;胀压栓设置在刺体上,且靠近刺体的端面为第二斜面,第二斜面与第一斜面平行设置,且在垂直于锚座的方向第二斜面远离紧固单元的高度大于靠近紧固单元的高度;能够产生较大的抗拔力,第二斜面与第一斜面平行设置,从而使得膨胀体相对锚座的偏转过程较为稳定,避免倒刺锚发生歪斜,提高整体结构的产品良率。
