The invention discloses a recoverable barb pile anchor system which comprises a prefabricated or cast-in-place hollow main pile made of a steel or reinforced concrete material; the prefabricated barb reinforcing body extends outwards from the preset opening position of the side wall through the cavity of the main pile to enter a surrounding rock-soil body to provide bearing force for the pile-anchor structure; wherein the preset opening position of the main pile is locally provided with structure reinforcing and water stopping measures, and reliable connection and water prevention of the barbs and the main pile are achieved; and the force transmission component realizes reliable force transmission among the piles, the anchors and the barbs of the main body. The prefabricated main pile and the barbs can be penetrated and pulled out through special equipment, and therefore the purpose of recycling is achieved. The problems that in engineering practice, a large number of temporarily-acting pile anchors are manufactured according to a permanent structure and cannot be recycled, so that the construction period is long, resources are wasted, and the environment is polluted are solved.
