Tunnel ground surface pre-grouting reinforcement method
The invention relates to a tunnel ground surface pre-grouting reinforcement method. The method comprises the following steps that S1, hole site determination is conducted, and specifically, grouting hole sites are marked over a tunnel and within the range of 3-5 m on the two sides of the tunnel through a total station according to design requirements; S2, drilling is carried out, grouting holes are drilled perpendicular to the ground by using a geological drilling machine according to the positions of the marked hole sites, and the grouting holes are drilled to the lower part of a tunnel inverted arch; S3, waterproof curtains are formed, wherein four grouting pipes are inserted into the drilled holes in the two sides of the tunnel correspondingly, two grouting pipes are inserted into the bottoms of the grouting holes, the other two grouting pipes are inserted into the middle height position of the tunnel, and the waterproof curtains are formed on the two sides of the tunnel in a double-grout grouting mode correspondingly; and S4, a reinforcement area is formed, wherein two grouting pipes are inserted into the grouting hole over the tunnel, one grouting pipe is inserted into the bottom of the grouting hole, the other grouting pipe is inserted into the middle height position of the tunnel, and the reinforcement area is formed in the area where the tunnel is excavated in a single-grout grouting mode. The method has the advantages of pipe blockage prevention and uniform grout permeation.
本发明涉及一种隧道地表预注浆加固方法,包括以下步骤:S1、定孔位:采用全站仪在隧道正上方以及隧道两侧3‑5m范围内按照设计要求标出注浆孔孔位;S2、钻孔:利用地质钻机按照标出孔位的位置垂直于地面钻出注浆孔,注浆孔钻至隧道仰拱下方;S3、形成止水帷幕:在隧道两侧的钻孔内分别插入四根注浆管,两根注浆管插至注浆孔孔底,另外两根注浆管插至隧道中间高度的位置,采用双浆液注浆的方式在隧道的两侧分别形成止水帷幕;S4、形成加固区:在隧道正上方的注浆孔分别插入两根注浆管,一根注浆管插至注浆孔孔底,另外一根注浆管插至隧道中间高度的位置,采用单浆液注浆的方式在开挖隧道的区域形成加固区。本发明具有防堵管、浆液渗透均匀的优点。
