The invention discloses an intercepting device, an intercepting system and an intercepting method for a vertical pipe. The intercepting device is used for water cleaning and flow dividing in the housevertical pipe and comprises an intercepting body and an intercepting device body, wherein the intercepting body is of an integrated structure and is provided with a water inlet, a first water outletand a second water outlet; the intercepting device body comprises a first intercepting part arranged at the first water outlet and used for controlling the on-off of the first water outlet; and the water inlet is used for being connected with a water outlet of the house vertical pipe, the first water outlet is used for communicating with a sewage pipe, the second water outlet is used for communicating with a rainwater pipe, and therefore sewage in sunny days and/or initial rainwater can be intercepted to the sewage pipe through the first outlet, and rainwater in the middle and later periods can be intercepted to the rainwater pipe through the second outlet. The intercepting device can be directly installed in a sewage well or a rainwater well, an existing well can be used for transformation, new construction is not needed, and the intercepting device has the advantages of being easy to transform, small in construction amount and low in cost.
