The invention discloses a device capable of achieving vertical vibration isolation and horizontal vibration isolation for a building. The device comprises a vertical vibration isolation mechanism, a horizontal vibration isolation mechanism and a fixing mechanism, wherein the vertical vibration isolation mechanism is used for reducing vibration in the vertical direction; the horizontal vibration isolation mechanism transmits horizontal force of the upper building to the lower building, vibration in the horizontal direction is reduced, and horizontal deformation of the vertical vibration isolation mechanism is limited; and the horizontal vibration isolation mechanism comprises a first horizontal vibration isolation mechanism body and a second horizontal vibration isolation mechanism body, the first horizontal vibration isolation mechanism body is arranged around the vertical vibration isolation mechanism, and the second horizontal vibration isolation mechanism body is connected to the lower portion of the vertical vibration isolation mechanism and used for achieving moving of the vertical vibration isolation mechanism in the horizontal direction and horizontal friction energy dissipation and reducing the earthquake action in the horizontal direction. Thus, the device capable of achieving vertical vibration isolation and horizontal vibration isolation for the building is used in abuilding structure, vibration in the vertical direction can be reduced, and vibration in the horizontal direction can also be reduced.
