The invention discloses a device capable of simultaneously realizing vertical vibration isolation and horizontal seismic-isolation for buildings. The device comprises a vertical vibration isolation mechanism, a connecting mechanism, a horizontal seismic-isolation mechanism and a fixing mechanism, wherein the vertical vibration isolation mechanism is used for reducing vibration in the vertical direction, the connecting mechanism is used for limiting horizontal deformation of the vertical vibration isolation mechanism and transmitting horizontal force of an upper building to the horizontal seismic-isolation mechanism, the horizontal seismic-isolation mechanism is used for achieving horizontal movement of the vertical vibration isolation mechanism and the upper building, reducing horizontal earthquakes transmitted to the upper building and achieving the effect of isolating the horizontal earthquakes, the fixing mechanism comprises an upper connecting part and a lower connecting part, thevertical vibration isolation mechanism is connected with the upper building through the upper connecting part, and the horizontal seismic-isolation mechanism is connected with a lower building throughthe lower connecting part. According to the device capable of simultaneously realizing vertical vibration isolation and horizontal seismic-isolation for the buildings, vibration in the vertical direction can be isolated, and shock in the horizontal direction can also be isolated.
