The invention discloses a fabricated building composite outer envelope structure. The structure comprises a fiber reinforced composite framework, a wall surface outer plate, a wall surface inner plate, a heat preservation and insulation layer, a waterproof breathable film, an aluminum foil, an aluminum alloy seal and a hanging piece. The structure is characterized in that the thickness of the heatpreservation and insulation layer is calculated and determined according to the use environment and the use requirements of a user for sound insulation, heat preservation and insulation and other building performance, and materials of the wall outer plate and the wall inner plate are selected according to building design requirements; and the wall surface outer plate and the wall surface inner plate are bonded with the fiber reinforced composite material framework into a whole after the heat preservation and insulation layer is clamped so that integral transportation and integral hoisting canbe realized, and the whole is hung on a main body frame through a hanging piece.
