The problem of splicing of frame beam columns and outer wall surfaces in large-scale assembly is solved, the connecting quality is ensured, and the assembly efficiency is improved. According to the technical scheme, an outer wall plate is arranged between the outer side faces of a cross beam and a stand column, a plurality of connecting pieces are arranged on the four side edges of an outer wall plate body correspondingly, long holes are formed in the opposite positions of the connecting pieces on the two sides of the outer wall plate body correspondingly, and threaded connecting holes are formed in the positions, corresponding to the connecting pieces, of the stand column and the cross beam correspondingly; and a heat preservation plate is arranged on the outer side of the outer wall plate, a plurality of outer heat preservation plates are horizontally arranged between every two adjacent J-shaped purlines, the lower ends of the outer heat preservation plates are clamped on vertical plates at the lower ends of the J-shaped purlines on the lower side through grooves, a windowsill hole is reserved in the outer side of the outer wall plate, windowsill plates are arranged on the periphery of the outer side of the windowsill hole, and an upper windowsill plate, a lower windowsill plate, a left windowsill plate and a right windowsill plate are matched to form a closed windowsill structure.
