Cantilever beam fixing structure, cantilever system and mounting method of cantilever beam
The invention discloses a cantilever beam fixing structure, a cantilever system and a mounting method of a cantilever beam, and aims to solve the technical problems that use of a cantilever beam positioned at the corner of a wall surface in a cantilever system in the prior art is limited and mounting is time-consuming and labor-consuming due to the fact that the mounting angle cannot be randomly adjusted. The cantilever beam fixing structure with the adjustable angle comprises a base, a supporting body and a hinge assembly. The base is fastened to a wall; the supporting body is mounted on thebase; and the hinge assembly is connected with the supporting body and the end of the cantilever beam so that the cantilever beam can rotate in the horizontal direction. The cantilever system for supporting a scaffold is provided with the cantilever beam fixed by the cantilever beam fixing structure. Firstly, the included angle between the cantilever beam and the wall surface can be randomly adjusted according to various engineering actual conditions; and secondly, the cantilever beam can be further mounted after the base is mounted on the wall surface, so that mounting is more convenient. Therefore, the cantilever beam fixing structure with the adjustable angle is simple in structure and very high in practicability.
本发明公开了悬挑梁固定结构、悬挑体系以及悬挑梁的安装方法,以解决现有技术的悬挑体系中位于墙面转角处的悬挑梁因安装角度不能随意调节从而使用受到限制以及安装费时费力的技术问题。可调节角度的悬挑梁固定结构包括:底座,所述底座紧固于墙面;支撑体,所述支撑体安装于所述底座上;铰接组件,所述铰接组件连接所述支撑体和悬挑梁端部从而使悬挑梁可在水平方向转动。用于支撑脚手架的悬挑体系具有由上述的悬挑梁固定结构所固定的悬挑梁。首先,悬挑梁与墙面的夹角可以根据各类工程实际情况任意调节。其次,可以在底座安装于墙面后再进一步安装悬挑梁,安装更加方面。可见,本发明的可调节角度的悬挑梁固定结构的结构简单,实用性非常高。
