The device comprises at least two adjusting assemblies, wherein each adjusting assembly comprises a first idler wheel bearing support and a second idler wheel bearing support, a first adjusting plate and a left idler wheel are arranged at the bottom and the top of each first idler wheel bearing support respectively, a second adjusting plate and a right idler wheel are arranged at the bottom and the top of each second idler wheel bearing support respectively, the first adjusting plates and the second adjusting plates are horizontally arranged on bearing plates in a sliding mode, the bearing plates are vertically arranged on third adjusting plates in a sliding mode, and first adjusting bolts, second adjusting boltsand third adjusting bolts which are used for preventing sliding are arranged on the first adjusting plates, the second adjusting plates and the bearing plates respectively. The splicing device is simple and reasonable in structure, convenient to use, safe and reliable, application of a truck crane in pipe fitting butt joint is omitted, and the splicing efficiency of steel structure pipe fittings is improved.
