HINGE JOINT OF STEEL PIPE TRUSS STRUCTURE STEEL PIPE TRUSS STRUCTURE THEREWITH AND THE STEEL PIPE TRUSS STRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREFOR
The present invention relates to a hinge joint of a diagonal member connected to an upper chord member and a lower chord member of a truss structure using a steel pipe, and more specifically, to a hinge joint of a steel pipe truss structure which has a simple structure to facilitate on-site assembly to allow quick assembly and construction, a steel pipe truss structure manufactured using the same, and a constructing method thereof. The hinge joint of a steel pipe truss structure is a bent member extended in a longitudinal direction to cover an upper surface of an upper chord steel pipe and a lower chord steel pipe, and comprises: an arc-shaped connection plate wherein a lower surface of both gusset connection plates inserted and installed in an end surface slot groove formed on a diagonal steel pipe is inclined, joined, and integrated into an upper surface thereof; and a rear surface reinforcing plate of a vertical plate form formed on a rear surface of the arc-shaped connection plate in an extension direction of the arc-shaped connection plate.
강관을 이용한 트러스구조물의 상현재, 하현재와 서로 연결되는 경사재와의 힌지격점부에 대한 것으로서, 힌지격점부 구성이 간단하여 현장 조립이 용이하여 신속한 조립 시공이 가능한 강관 트러스구조물의 힌지격점부, 이를 이용하여 제작된 강관 트러스구조물 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 힌지격점부는 상현강관과 하현강관의 상면이 덮어지도록 길이방향으로 연장된 절곡부재로서, 경사강관에 형성된 단면슬롯홈에 삽입 설치된 양 거셋연결판의 저면이 경사지게 모아져 상면에 일체화된 호형연결판; 및 상기 호형연결판의 배면에 호형연결판의 연장방향으로 형성된 수직판 형태의 배면보강판;을 포함한다.
