The invention discloses a super high-rise frame column maintenance method based on an integrated attached lifting scaffold. The super high-rise frame column maintenance method comprises the followingsteps that the attached lifting scaffold is erected on the outer sides of a plurality of concrete frame columns; a main water supply pipe is connected to the attached lifting scaffold, and a PVC pipeis connected to the position, corresponding to the outer side of each concrete frame column, of the main water supply pipe through a branch pipe; after concrete pouring is completed, the PVC pipe sleeves the top of each concrete frame column in a hooped mode and a plurality of water outlet holes in each PVC pipe face the outer wall of the corresponding concrete frame column; a water source is introduced into the PVC pipes through the main water supply pipe to perform watering maintenance on the peripheral vertical surfaces of the concrete frame columns; and after concrete curing is finished, the PVC pipes are collected and placed on the attached type lifting scaffold through a rotary connector and lifted to the set position along with the attached type lifting scaffold. By adopting the super high-rise frame column maintenance method, the maintenance quality and effect are obviously improved.
