Environment-friendly plate and preparation system and method thereof
The invention relates to the field of environment-friendly plate preparation, in particular to an environment-friendly plate and a preparation system and method thereof. The environment-friendly plateis prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 7 parts of composite fiber, 9 parts of diatomite, 20 parts of quartz sand, 10 parts of wood fiber, 15 parts of kaolin and 3 parts of athickener. The preparation method comprises the following steps that S1, a plurality of edge rods are pushed into a groove box, and then the raw materials are placed in the groove box to be mixed; S2, the raw materials are subjected to hot pressing, the raw materials are pressed into a plate shape, and a plurality of straight grooves are reserved in the lower side of the plate through the multiple edge rods; and S3, one rolling wheel is moved to the upper side of the plate, then the rolling wheel is pressed on the plate, a motor drives the rolling wheel to rotate to drive the pressed plate tomove leftwards, and then the plate is taken down from the interior of the groove box; and inclined faces are arranged at the left end and the right end in the groove box, the inner ends of the two inclined faces incline downwards, and a triangular prism is transversely arranged on the bottom face in the groove box.
