According to the invention, polystyrene is added to reduce the shrinkage rate of unsaturated polyester, the use amount of unsaturated polyester is reduced, the cost is reduced, the toughness modifier is added to increase the adhesive property, and all the raw materials are combined, so that the obtained composite polyester plate is not easy to curl and warp, high in strength, good in toughness and more economical and environment-friendly.
