The invention relates to a full-intercommunication three-dimensional traffic light-free crossroad traffic system which comprises an underground tunnel roundabout layer, a viaduct layer, a ground layerand a #-shaped overpass layer which correspond to four directions A, B, C and D in total, underground, ground and overground spaces are fully utilized; A-direction and C-direction motor vehicles enter corresponding lanes through an underground tunnel roundabout to complete left turning and U-turn, straight going is completed through a straight lane of the viaduct layer, and right turning is completed through a right turning lane on the ground layer; B-direction and D-direction motor vehicles enter corresponding lanes through the underground tunnel roundabout to complete left turning and U-turn, straight going is completed through a straight lane on the ground, and right turning is completed through a right turning lane on the ground layer; and pedestrians and non-motor vehicles pass through the #-shaped overpass to cross streets in all directions. The full-intercommunication three-dimensional traffic light-free crossroad traffic system is simple in structure, small in occupied area, low in construction cost, free of traffic lights and zebra crossings, capable of allowing the motor vehicles, the non-motor vehicles and the pedestrians to travel on own lanes, safe, rapid, simple andcapable of thoroughly solving the problem of traffic jam.
