The key point of the technical scheme is as follows: the construction process comprises the following steps of A, closing traffic in a section needed to be constructed; B, proportioning the raw materials and stirring the raw materials uniformly in a super-surface treatment construction device; C, sweeping the pavement; D, spraying a mixed liquid proportioned by the super-surface treatment construction device to the pavement; and E, carrying out maintenance of surface and then opening the traffic. The construction process achieves an effect of improving the road maintenance efficiency.
