The invention provides a treatment method for a root pile of a clay-filled karst tunnel, and relates to the field of treatment of clay-filled karst tunnels. The method comprises the steps that on-sitemeasurement and lofting are conducted, and holes are drilled at intervals; the holes are cleaned and inspected; after the hole inspection step is qualified, reinforcement cages are installed in the drilled holes; concrete is poured into the drilled holes and covers the reinforcement cages, and then pile foundation pouring is completed; after pile foundation quality inspection is qualified, a gravel cushion and a reinforced concrete cushion platform are constructed at the bottom of an inverted arch of the clay-filled karst tunnel; and an inverted arch bottom steel support, inverted arch steelbars and inverted arch concrete are constructed, and then construction of the root pile is completed. According to the treatment method for the root pile of the clay-filled karst tunnel, the problem of sand inclusion layers can be effectively solved, and differential settlement of a foundation is avoided; and the treatment effect can be measured conveniently.
