The invention discloses a high-bearing-capacity concrete pipe pile for building construction. The pipe pile comprises a first pipe pile body and a second pipe pile body, two symmetrical frame bodies are connected to the upper portion and the lower portion of the inner wall of the first pipe pile body in a limiting sliding manner, and pushing blocks are connected to the left portions and the rightportions of the inner walls of the frame bodies in a limiting sliding manner. A first rotating arm is rotationally connected to the side, close to the inner wall of the first pipe pile body, of each pushing block through a pin shaft, and a first limiting through groove is formed at the side face of each frame body.
