A gap is reserved between an H-shaped steel column and an H-shaped steel beam; steel sleeve plates are welded to the two sides of a beam-column joint area formed by the H-shaped steel column and the H-shaped steel beam correspondingly, steel sleeve plate hole grooves are formed in the middle portions, close to the side of the H-shaped steel column, of the steel sleeve plates, and the steel sleeve plate hole grooves are oval; a beam circular hole is formed in the middle of an H-shaped steel beam web, close to the side of the H-shaped steel column, of the H-shaped steel beam, a third shape memory alloy rib hole channel is formed in an upper flange of the H-shaped steel beam, and a fourth shape memory alloy rib hole channel is formed in a lower flange of the H-shaped steel beam; reinforcing plates are welded to the two sides of the beam circular hole, the height of the reinforcing plates is equal to that of the web of the H-shaped steel beam, and reinforcing plate round holes are formed in the reinforcing plates and correspond to the beam circular hole; and according tothe joint, the problems of residual deformation, brittle failure, insufficient energy consumption and the like of the steel frame under the earthquake action are effectively solved.
