Heating type ceramic tile and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses a heating type ceramic tile. The heating type ceramic tile comprises a ceramic tile body, a cavity formed in the back face of the ceramic tile body, a planar conductive heatingbody arranged on the cavity and a bottom plate used for covering the planar conductive heating body, wherein the planar conductive heating body is located in an interlayer formed by the ceramic tilebody and the bottom plate. The invention further discloses a manufacturing method of the heating type ceramic tile. According to the heating type ceramic tile, the planar conductive heating body is arranged in the ceramic tile body and can provide heat for the ceramic tile body, so that the ceramic tile body is kept dry, and the humidity degree of the indoor environment and skid resistance are reduced; and the planar conductive heating body is located in the interlayer formed by the ceramic tile body and the bottom plate, so that installation is convenient and reliable, and laying of the heating type ceramic tile is not affected.
本发明的发热式瓷砖,包括瓷砖本体,设于所述瓷砖本体背面上的空腔,设于所述空腔上的平面导电发热体,以及用于覆盖在所述平面导电发热体上的底板,所述平面导电发热体位于所述瓷砖本体与所述底板所形成的夹层中。本发明还公开了发热式瓷砖的制造方法。本发明提供了发热式瓷砖,瓷砖本体内设置有平面导电发热体,能够为瓷砖本体提供热量,从而使得瓷砖本体保持干燥,有利于减少室内环境的潮湿程度和防滑,平面导电发热体位于所述瓷砖本体与所述底板所形成的夹层中,不但安装方便可靠,而且不影响发热式瓷砖的铺设。
