The invention provides a heating ceramic tile, a ceramic tile structure and a preparation method for the heating ceramic tile. The heating ceramic tile comprises a ceramic tile base body layer, a graphene heating layer, an inorganic thermal insulation layer and an unglazed ceramic tile layer which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, wherein the inorganic thermal insulation layer is a mixed coating of photosensitive resin and inorganic porous microbeads. According to the heating ceramic tile, thermal insulation is carried out through the mixed coating of the photosensitive resin and the inorganic porous microbeads, so that the thickness of the thermal insulation layer is greatly reduced, and the advantages of being good in flame retardant effect, low in heat conductivity, excellent in durability, not prone to age or fail and the like are further achieved; the heating ceramic tile comprises the ceramic tile base body layer and the unglazed ceramic tile layer, and the graphene heating layer and the inorganic thermal insulation layer between the ceramic tile base body layer and the unglazed ceramic tile layer can be protected, so that the heating ceramic tile is not prone totilt, deform or break, and the strength of the heating ceramic tile is improved.
