Climbing frame for building and operation method thereof
The invention provides a climbing frame for a building and an operation method thereof, and relates to the field of climbing frames. The climbing frame for the building comprises a building body, a plurality of vertical rods are arranged at the outer side of the building body, guide rails are arranged between the vertical rods at intervals, a plurality of layers of scaffold boards are arranged onthe vertical rods in the vertical direction, and stairs are arranged between every two layers of scaffold boards; triangular supports are fixedly connected to the side walls of the vertical rods and located below the scaffold boards, and protective net boards are fixedly connected to the sides, away from the building body, of the side walls of the vertical rods; and each guide rail comprises two steel channels, wherein an anti-falling stop rod is fixedly connected to the side walls between the steel channels, and the section of the anti-falling stop lever is in a shape of an isosceles right triangle. An all-steel structure is adopted, so that the structural strength and practicability of the climbing frame are enhanced; and the section of each anti-falling stop lever is triangular, so thatthe anti-falling stop levers make surface contact with anti-falling stop arms, and the safety of the climbing frame is improved.
本发明提供一种建筑用的爬架及其运行方法,涉及爬架领域。该一种建筑用的爬架,包括建筑体,所述建筑体的外侧设置有若干立杆,所述立杆之间间隔设置有导轨,所述立杆在竖直方向上设置有若干层脚手板,两层所述脚手板之间的设置有楼梯,所述立杆的侧壁且在脚手板的下方固定连接有三角支架,所述立杆的侧壁且远离建筑体的一侧固定连接有防护网板,所述导轨包括槽钢,所述槽钢的数量为两根,且槽钢之间的侧壁固定连接有防坠挡杆,所述防坠挡杆的截面为等腰直角三角形。采用全钢结构,增强爬架的结构强度和实用性,以及防坠挡杆的截面为三角形,使得防坠挡杆和防坠挡臂面接触,提高装置的安全性。
