Safety protection method for precast beam construction
The invention discloses a safety protection method for precast beam construction. The safety protection method comprises the following steps that three vertical steel bars which are distributed in a triangular shape and are equal in height are selected at one end of a precast beam; the three vertical steel bars are regarded as three vertexes of a triangle, and a fixed sleeve and two movable sleeves are adjusted according to the layout of the three vertexes; a first adjustable connecting piece and the corresponding movable sleeve are pushed to move transversely; the first adjustable connectingpiece is locked below a connecting seat through a first fastening bolt; a second adjustable connecting piece and the corresponding movable sleeve are pushed to transversely move or/and horizontally swing; the second adjustable connecting sheet is locked below the connecting seat through a second fastening bolt; the three vertical steel bars are correspondingly sleeved with the fixed sleeve and themovable sleeve; and a safety rope is connected between two protective vertical rods. According to the safety protection method, stable protection can be achieved, and the protection strength is higher.
本发明公开一种用于预制梁施工的安全防护方法,包括以下步骤:在预制梁的一端选取呈三角形分布且等高的三个竖立钢筋;将三个竖立钢筋视为三角形的三个顶点,按照三个顶点的布局将固定套筒和两个活动套筒进行调整;推动第一可调连接片及其对应的活动套筒横向移动;通过第一紧固螺栓将第一可调连接片锁紧在连接座的下方;推动第二可调连接片及其对应的活动套筒进行横向移动或/和水平摆动;通过第二紧固螺栓将第二可调连接片锁紧在连接座的下方;将固定套筒和活动套筒对应地套在三个竖立钢筋上;将安全绳连接在两个防护立杆之间。该安全防护方法不仅能够实现稳定的防护,而且防护强度较高。
