Ancient building masonry wall reinforced by carbon fiber rib caulked joint and reinforcing construction process thereof
The invention discloses an ancient building masonry wall reinforced by a carbon fiber rib caulked joint and a reinforcing construction process thereof. The reinforced masonry wall comprises a masonryblock body, wherein the masonry block body is an original block body of the wall; original sticky rice mortar is original sticky rice mortar of the wall; a removed mortar joint is a gap left by removing part of the original sticky rice mortar at a designed reinforcing part; epoxy resin mortar is a bonding material for reinforcing; a carbon fiber rib is arranged in the removed mortar joint and is bonded with the masonry block body into a whole through the epoxy resin mortar; newly added pointing sticky rice mortar is pointed at the outer side of the epoxy resin mortar by 3-5mm and is flush withthe outer side of the masonry block body; and carbon fiber cloth is bonded with the original sticky rice mortar through epoxy resin glue. The ancient building masonry wall has the advantages that theintegrity, the anti-seismic property, the bearing capacity and the anti-permeability of the ancient building masonry wall are improved, and the original style and features of the ancient building masonry wall can be reserved to the maximum extent.
