The invention discloses a revetment for a water conservancy project based on a water level monitoring function. The revetment comprises a soil base layer, a first concrete layer, a nutrient soil layer, a second concrete layer and a fertilization mechanism, a cavity is formed in the first concrete layer, a groove is formed in the top face of the first concrete layer, and sponge blocks are fixedly installed in the groove of the first concrete layer. According to the revetment, a flow meter is installed on a pesticide mixing box of the fertilization mechanism, the water inflow can be well controlled, it is guaranteed that in the fertilization process, the diluted fertilizer is in the proper concentration, the sponge blocks are contained, the sponge blocks can effectively prevent water seepageholes from being blocked, and normal watering and fertilization of vegetation on the revetment can be guaranteed; and meanwhile, under the action of the sponge blocks, the volatilization condition ofthe pesticide effect or the fertilizer effect is greatly reduced, and it can be ensured that the pesticide effect or the fertilizer effect act on a vegetation body.
本发明公开了一种基于水位监测功能的水利工程用护坡，包括土基层、第一混凝土层、营养土层、第二混凝土层和施肥机构，所述第一混凝土层内开设有空腔，所述第一混凝土层的顶面开有凹槽，所述第一混凝土层的凹槽内固定安装有海绵块。本发明施肥机构的混药箱上安装有流量计，可以很好的控制进水量，有利于保证施肥时，肥料稀释后的处在合适的浓度，本发明含有海绵块，海绵块不仅可以有效的避免渗水孔堵塞情况的发生，有利于保证对护坡上的植被浇水施肥的正常进行，同时在海绵块的作用下，大大降低了药效或者肥效挥发情况的发生，有利于保证药效或者肥效作用于植被本体上。
