White glaze ceramic product with black ground glaze and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of ceramic preparation, in particular to a white glaze ceramic product with a black ground glaze and a preparation method thereof. A glaze used in the invention comprises a ground glaze and a surface glaze. The surface glaze is prepared from, by weight, 47 parts of kaolin, 14 parts of borax, 11 parts of quartz powder, 6 parts of albite, 8 parts of magnesite, 4 parts of wollastonite, 12 parts of aluminum oxide and 7 parts of fluorite. The ground glaze is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 8 parts of talc, 14 parts of hydroscopite, 10 parts of a thickening agent, 12 parts of mullite, 10 parts of montmorillonite, 8 parts of clay, 12 parts of silicon carbide and 11 parts of ferric oxide. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, preparation of the raw materials; S2, preparation of slurry; S3, glazing; and S4, firing. The method is environmentally friendly in process and low in cost, and the prepared ceramic product has the characteristics of a bright glaze color and a smooth and bright white glaze surface.
