Theceramic product comprises ground glaze and cover glaze, wherein the ground glaze is prepared from, by weight, 64-72 parts of feldspar powder, 40-45 parts of glass powder, 10-12 parts of quartz, 5-8 parts of kaolin, 4-9 parts of barium carbonate, 3-5 parts of iron oxide, 3-8 parts of copper oxide, 1-3 parts of zinc oxide and 12-15 parts of calcite; and the cover glaze comprises, by weight, 22-35 parts of potassium feldspar, 12-25 parts of quartz, 12-15 parts of albite, 6-13 parts of calcite, 4-9 parts of zinc oxide, 5-10 parts of talcum powder, 13-18 parts of glass powder, 15-20 parts of zirconium frit, 6-12 parts of transparent frit and 5-9 parts of fluxing agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, slurry preparation; S2, glazing; and S3 sintering. The ceramic disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of high glossiness and good light transmission.
