Admixture for reducing water-soluble hexavalent chromium in cement
The invention discloses an admixture for reducing water-soluble hexavalent chromium in cement, belonging to the technical field of processing of cement environment-friendly materials. The admixture disclosed by the invention comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 75-90% of finely ground manganese slag, 4%-10% of finely ground high-aluminum clinker, 5%-15% of finely ground zeolite and 1%-3% of dispersible latex powder (AVE). The sum of the weight percentages of the above raw materials is 100%, and the raw materials are proportionally matched and uniformly mixed in a millor a mixer. Compared with ferrous salt and manganous salt chromium reducing agents, the admixture not only can significantly reduce the content of water-soluble hexavalent chromium in cement, but also has good temperature stability, and is not easy to oxidize in air and lose efficacy. Meanwhile, the admixture contributes to cement strength and has no adverse effect on other properties of cement.In addition, manganese slag can be recycled.
本发明公开了一种降低水泥中水溶性六价铬的掺合料,属于水泥环保材料加工技术领域。本发明的掺合料其原材料组成及配合比为:磨细锰渣75%‑90%;磨细高铝熟料4%‑10%;磨细沸石5%‑15%;可分散乳胶粉(AVE)1%‑3%。上述原料重量百分比之和为100%,各组成材料按比例配合,并在磨机或混合机中混合均匀。与亚铁盐和亚锰盐类降铬还原剂相比,该掺合料不仅能够显著地降低水泥中的水溶性六价铬含量,且具有良好的温度稳定性,不易在空气中被氧化而失效。同时,该掺合料对水泥强度有贡献,对水泥其它性能无不利影响。另外本发明还能使锰渣获得资源化利用。
