METHOD FOR PREPARING CEMENT ADMIXTURE FOR REDUCING HEXAVALENT CHROMIUM
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a loess-inorganic based cement admixture and a loess-inorganic based cement admixture prepared by the method, the method comprising the steps of: a) molding a loess based raw material; b) primarily heat-activating the raw material to remove organic impurities present in the raw material; c) adding additives for controlling the chemical composition; d) secondarily heat-activating the raw material for chemical stabilization; and e) controlling the grain size for suitability with a cement. The loess-inorganic based cement admixture according to the present invention can reduce the concentration of water-soluble/acid-soluble hexavalent chromium present in the cement and cement-clinker. Thus, the loess-inorganic based cement admixture according to the present invention can significantly reduce the concentration of hexavalent chromium leaching from cement concrete into aquatic environments.
Cette invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un mélange pour ciment à base de loess et de composés inorganiques et le mélange pour ciment à base de loess et de composés inorganiques préparé selon ledit procédé, le procédé comprenant les étapes de : a) moulage d'une matière première à base de loess ; b) thermo-activation primaire de la matière première pour en éliminer les impuretés organiques ; c) ajout d'additifs pour ajuster sa composition chimique ; d) thermo-activation secondaire de la matière première à des fins de stabilisation chimique ; et e) contrôle de la taille de grains à des fins d'appropriation avec un ciment. Le mélange pour ciment à base de loess et de composés inorganiques selon l'invention permet de réduire la concentration du chrome hexavalent soluble dans l'eau/soluble dans un acide présent dans le ciment et le clinker de ciment. Ainsi, le mélange pour ciment à base de loess et de composés inorganiques selon l'invention peut réduire significativement la concentration de chrome hexavalent lixivié à partir du béton de ciment dans des environnements aquatiques.
본 발명은, a) 뢰스계 원료를 성형하는 단계; b) 원료에 존재하는 유기 불순물 제거를 위한 제 1 가열 활성화 단계; c) 화학 조성 조정을 위한 첨가제 첨가 단계; d) 화학적 안정화를 위한 제 2 가열 활성화 단계; 및 e) 시멘트와의 적합성을 위한 입도 조정 단계를 포함하는 뢰스-무기계 시멘트 혼화재의 제조 방법, 및 이를 통해 제조된 뢰스-무기계 시멘트 혼화재에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 뢰스-무기계 시멘트 혼화재는 시멘트 및 시멘트클링커에 존재하는 수용성/산가용성 6가 크롬의 농도를 저감시킬 수 있다. 따라서 본 발명에 따른 뢰스-무기계 시멘트 혼화재는 시멘트 콘크리트에서 수서 환경으로의 6가 크롬의 침출 농도를 현저히 감소시킬 수 있다.
