Concrete product and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a concrete product and a preparation method thereof. The concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 300-500 parts of cement, 50-100 parts of fly ash, 10-20 parts of Fe3O4 magnetic fluid, 2-5 parts of a water reducing agent, 150-180 parts of water, 670-740 parts of sand and 1000-1100 parts of gravels. The invention further provides a preparation methodof the concrete product, the Fe3O4 magnetic fluid is doped into concrete, and the concrete product is obtained through microwave heating curing after pouring forming. The preparation method can reducedamage to the microstructure of the concrete product and remarkably improve the early strength of the concrete product.
