本发明属于材料科学领域,涉及一种钇铝石榴石陶瓷荧光薄膜的制备方法,本发明采用DS‑柱撑稀土层状化合物(Y1‑x‑yGdxMy)2(OH)5NO3·nH2O(0≤x≤1,0<y≤0.1)得到柱撑产物,将柱撑产物在甲酰胺溶液进行搅拌剥离,至溶液产生丁达尔效应,然后将溶液进行离心分离,得到超薄的稀土纳米片。将纳米片旋涂于氧化铝基片表面,并采用合适的烧结方法,成功制备出稀土掺杂的钇铝石榴石透明陶瓷薄膜。本发明简单易行,为石榴石结构陶瓷的合成提供了新的方法,通过对掺杂稀土离子种类及掺杂量的调控可以实现不同颜色的发光,构建不同光功能薄膜,实现不同方向的应用,具有极高的应用前景。
