YAG (yttrium aluminum garnet) ceramic fluorescent sheet and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a method for preparing a YAG (yttrium aluminum garnet) ceramic fluorescent sheet by oxygen sintering, which comprises the following steps: (1) respectively calcining yttrium oxide, aluminum oxide and europium oxide to obtain calcined mixed powder of yttrium oxide, aluminum oxide and europium oxide; (2) mixing and ball-milling the mixed powder of yttrium oxide, aluminum oxide and europium oxide and absolute ethyl alcohol to obtain a ball-milled material; (3) drying the ball-milled material to obtain a dried material, mixing the dried material with a sintering aid, and pressurizing to obtain a YAG ceramic crude product; and (4) sintering the YAG ceramic crude product by adopting an oxygen sintering method at the sintering temperature of 800-900 DEG C to obtain the YAG ceramic fluorescent sheet. The transmittance of visible light wave and middle infrared wave band of the YAG ceramic fluorescent sheet prepared by the invention is 88.4% and 92.7% respectively, and the hardness of the YAG ceramic fluorescent sheet is 8.7 GPa.
本发明公开了一种氧气烧结制备YAG陶瓷荧光片的方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将氧化钇、氧化铝、氧化铕分别进行煅烧,制得煅烧后的氧化钇、氧化铝和氧化铕混合粉末;(2)将氧化钇、氧化铝和氧化铕混合粉末和无水乙醇混合球磨,得到球磨后的物料;(3)将球磨后的物料烘干,得到烘干后的物料,将烘干后的物料和烧结助剂混合,加压,得到YAG陶瓷粗品;(4)将YAG陶瓷粗品采用氧气烧结法进行烧结,烧结温度为800‑900℃,制得YAG陶瓷荧光片,本发明制得的YAG陶瓷荧光片可见光波和中红外波段的透过率分别为88.4%和92.7%,硬度为8.7GPa。
