The invention provides a high-temperature-resistant nano inorganic silicon high-temperature-resistant resin adhesive which has an adhesive bonding composite characteristic and can be respectively andfully mixed with cheap ultra-light, light-weight high-hardness, high-melting-point high-hardness ceramic matrix materials and other ceramic matrix materials and high-strength and high-elasticity carbon fibers; and the ceramic carbon fiber composite materials with different functions and different specifications are formed at a certain temperature and under a certain pressure. The ceramic carbon fiber composite material obtained by the preparation method has the characteristics of high strength of carbon fibers and high temperature resistance of a ceramic matrix, and is low in cost and suitablefor industrial popularization and application.
本发明提供一种耐高温的纳米无机硅耐高温树脂胶,具有胶粘接复合特性,可分别与价廉的超轻型、轻体高硬度、高融点高硬度等陶瓷基体材料和高强度高弹性的碳纤维充分混合后,在一定温度一定压力下形成具有不同功能不同规格的陶瓷碳纤维复合材料。采用本发明的制备方法所得到出的陶瓷碳纤维复合材料不仅具有碳纤维高强度特性且具有陶瓷基体耐高温特性,且成本低廉适合工业推广使用。
