The invention discloses a high-temperature-resistant carbon fiber composite material and a preparation process thereof, and relates to the technical field of carbon fiber composite materials. The high-temperature-resistant carbon fiber composite material is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 70-80 parts of a carbon fiber preform; 1-2 parts of inert gas; 10 to 15 parts of slurry; 8-9 parts of an adhesive; according to the invention, the composite material is bonded by using the slurry, so that the overall high-temperature resistance of the composite material can be effectively improved, and meanwhile, in the preparation process, the benzoyl peroxide initiator with higher decomposition temperature is adopted for initiation in the early stage, and the azodiisobutyronitrile initiator is adopted for reflux polymerization in the later stage of the reaction, so that the residual monomers can be effectively eliminated; the weight-average molecular weight of the polymer is improved, and residues generated by creep of small molecular weight substances in the adhesive under a high-temperature condition are reduced, so that the bonding effect of the adhesive is further ensured, and the high-temperature resistance of the composite material is further ensured.
本发明公开了一种耐高温碳纤维复合材料及其制备工艺,涉及碳纤维复合材料技术领域。一种耐高温碳纤维复合材料,由以下质量组分构成:碳纤维预制体70‑80份;惰性气体1‑2份;浆料10‑15份;粘接剂8‑9份;本发明通过采用浆料粘合复合材料,进而能够有效的提高复合材料整体的耐高温性能,同时通过在制备过程中,前期采用分解温度较高的过氧化苯甲酰引发剂引发,反应后期用偶氮二异丁腈引发剂回流聚合,进而能够有效的消灭剩余单体,提高聚合物重均分子量,减少粘接剂中小分子量物质在高温条件下的蠕变产生的残留,进而进一步保证粘接剂的粘合效果,更进一步的保证了的复合材料的耐高温性能。
