The CRTSIII type track plate fine adjustment system comprises a fine adjustment machine and a fine adjustment bracket, wherein the fine adjustment machine comprises a longitudinal adjustment mechanism; the longitudinal adjustment mechanism comprises a longitudinally arranged transmission shaft and a fine adjustment driving mechanism used for driving the transmission shaft to rotate; a connecting piece is arranged at the bottom of the transmission shaft; a pair of hanging plates used for being fixed to the two sides of the track plate are arranged on the fine adjustment bracket; a longitudinal adjustment rotating shaft used for being connected with the connecting piece and a longitudinal transmission mechanism in transmission connection with the longitudinal adjustment rotating shaft are also arranged on the bracket body; and the longitudinal transmission mechanism is used for driving the hanging plates to move in the longitudinal direction of a track.
