Pavement slab and pavement construction method
The invention provides a pavement slab and a pavement construction method. The pavement slab comprises a pavement slab body and a reinforcement framework arranged in the pavement slab body. The section of the side wall of the pavement slab body is a straight section; the side wall sections of the pavement slab body are respectively a first side wall section, a second side wall section, a third side wall section and a fourth side wall section; a first concave structure is arranged on the second side wall section, and a first convex structure is arranged on the fourth side wall section; the first concave structure is opposite to the first convex structure in position, and the first concave structure and the first convex structure are the same in shape and size; a second concave structure anda second convex structure are arranged on the third side wall section; and the second concave structure and the second convex structure are the same in shape and size. By means of the pavement slab,the problems that an existing prefabricated concrete pavement is completed in a prefabricated manner at present, the integrity of the pavement is insufficient, on-site secondary hoisting is needed inconstruction, and operation is inconvenient can be solved.
本发明提供一种路面板及路面的施工方法,包括路面板板体和设置在路面板板体内部的配筋骨架;路面板板体的侧壁截面为平直截面;路面板板体的侧壁截面分别为第一侧壁截面、第二侧壁截面、第三侧壁截面和与第四侧壁截面;在第二侧壁截面上设置有第一凹型结构,在第四侧壁截面上设置有第一凸型结构;第一凹型结构与第一凸型结构的位置相对,且第一凹型结构与第一凸型结构的形状及大小均相同;在第三侧壁截面上设置有第二凹型结构和第二凸型结构;第二凹型结构与第二凸型结构的形状及大小均相同。利用本发明,能够解决目前的现有的装配式混凝土路面均为预制方式完成,且路面整体性不足,施工中还需要现场二次吊装,操作不便等问题。
