The invention provides an adjustable and foldable integrated concrete pouring mold for road construction, and relates to the technical field of building molds. The concrete pouring mold comprises a pouring bottom plate; a long-neck mounting bolt is movably mounted at one side of the pouring bottom plate; a mounting plate is fixedly mounted at the top of the pouring bottom plate; a hinge shaft is fixedly mounted at the top of the mounting plate; and a pouring side plate is movably mounted at the top of the hinge shaft. According to the adjustable and foldable integrated concrete pouring mold for road construction, through the linkage of all parts, the mold can be folded and stored when not used, so that the problem of repeated assembly in each time of using is avoided while the space is saved; a built-in pouring plate is made to ascend through the cooperation of a first flat tooth gear and a first adjusting rotary knob, so that the use height is increased; and the adjustable use angle of the pouring side plate is achieved by adjusting a connecting rod to move through a second adjusting knob.
