The device is characterized in that two boundary beams and more than one middle beam between the two boundary beams are arranged above a gear type bridge expansion device; one side of each boundary beam is divided into an upper water stop belt clamping groove and a lower water stop belt clamping groove through a middle structure, the middle structure is of a splayed-like structure, and the splayed-like structure comprises a protrusion inclining upwardsand a protrusion inclining downwards; the edges of a water stop belt can be inserted into the water stop belt clamping grooves; splayed-like structures are also arranged on the two sides of each middle beam; and the gear type bridge expansion device comprises a supporting beam and displacement boxes on the two sides, one or more gears (409) are installed on the supporting beam (7), the two sides of the supporting beam (7) are located in the displacement boxes (404), racks (407) are fixed in the displacement boxes (404), and when the expansion device stretches out and draws back, the racks andthe gears slide in an engaged mode in the proper sliding process of the supporting beam (7), and sliding resistance can be enhanced.
