The device further comprises a shaft type displacement body (2), the shaft type displacement body (2) comprises a rotating shaft in the middle and an elastic rubber body arranged around the rotating shaft, the shaft type displacement body (2) penetrates through the supporting cross beam (9), the upper end and the lower end of the shaft type displacement body (2) are both located in the sliding clamping groove and can slide in the sliding clamping groove, and the sliding clamping groove is a groove in the inner wall of the displacement box (5).
