The invention discloses an automatic flood control and drainage irrigation device. The automatic flood control and drainage irrigation device comprises a diversion canal, dams, a farmland, an adjusting assembly, a drainage irrigation assembly and a control device. The dams are arranged on the two sides of the diversion canal, the farmland is arranged on the right sides of the dams, the adjusting assembly is arranged at the tops of the dams, and the drainage irrigation assembly is arranged on the surface of the adjusting assembly. The control device is fixedly mounted at the top of the adjusting assembly, and the adjusting assembly comprises a mounting frame, a transmission rack, a rotating seat and a driving motor. By arranging the adjusting assembly, a water inlet can be adjusted into thefarmland when drainage needs to be carried out on the farmland in the using process of the device, and the water inlet can be adjusted into the diversion canal when irrigation needs to be carried out; and by arranging the drainage irrigation assembly, large external solids can be blocked in the using process of the device to be prevented from blocking pipelines, and thus the use performance and the service life of the equipment are ensured.
